Enhancing the AdvanCell Generator's capacity while fitting within a defined manufacturing environment required reducing its physical footprint and optimizing internal configurations. Seamless integration with a new external fluidics system was essential for ensuring GMP compliance. Non-metal components were selected to prevent trace metal contamination, maintaining the purity of the radiopharmaceuticals. Usability improvements included a user-friendly interface and automated processes that streamline operation. Safety features, such as shielding and multiple interlock systems, protect operators from radiation exposure in line with international standards. Front and side access panels were added to simplify maintenance, allowing for quick and safe servicing.
