Cpod® and D+I worked to develop the world’s first scientifically built ergonomic chair with a fully adjustable back support system and wide range of dynamic movement that works to prevent and assist in relieving back pain - there are over 795,000 possible positions. Internationally recognised and awarded, Cpod® Mesh was the first ergonomic seating product to win a prestigious Good Design Award from the Chicago Anthenaeum, Museum of Architecture and Design, in the history of the programme.

The Cpod® is a timeless design form driven by over 5-years of development leveraging science and technology. It is built with high-quality materials in Australia and assembled locally where they are sold. Patented back and seat technology sets it apart from any other chair. The Cpod® Chair provides adjustable supports to the Upper Thoracic, Thoracic, Lumbar Thoracic, Lumbar + Sacral vertebrae points. This is achieved using a patented ratchet strap system, designed to provide a 1-way stop on the end of the ratchet strap to prevent over-retraction.

The Cpod backrest is fully adjustable (back height, angle, seat depth + stiffness). The patented Cpod® design includes a beautifully integrated headrest and two-phase adjustable gas lift offering users unprecedented levels of adjustment for superior comfort. Cpod® features 3D adjustable ergonomic armrests (height + width adjustable with a broad soft pad and slider for the back and forth motion). The Bio seat provides pelvic support and stabilisation. It is engineered to redistribute pressure in a controlled manner through its patented technology whilst supporting the pelvis and not allowing it to “bottom out” on the seat.
