NightKey ID Management System
ID Verification + Contact Tracing + Crowd Control + Unlock Commercial Insights
NightKey is a smart front-of-house system for venues that enables fast check-in (Instant ID Verification), compliant contact tracing recording + reveals key insights into venue customer bases improving commercial data-driven decision making. NightKey provides venue owners with the tools to operate a safer venue with fast check-in + compliant tracing, ability to quickly identify problem patrons, stamp out antisocial behaviour and keep underage patrons out. D+I has worked with NightKey to design and develop a safe, simple, secure patron management system for venue operators, staff and customers. The NightKey system has been guided by a voice of the user (Hospitality Venue Owners, Staff + Patrons) development process leading to the development of two new systems catering to differing operational complexity requirements (NightKey Terminal + NightKey Mini Tablet).
NightKey Terminal + NightKey Mini
The NightKey Terminal takes away the challenges facing identity management by combining instant identity document verification (scan + verify) with fingerprint capture and facial recognition algorithms to accurately and securely identity patrons. NightKey Mini uses a tablet’s camera and NightKey Software to quickly scan and verify government issued identity documents (I.E. Australian + Int. drivers licenses, Australian + Int. Passports + more).
Safe. Simple. Secure.
Customer controlled data
NightKey Systems put the power to control personal data back into the hands of customers - customers can simply log into the ‘Manage my Data’ portal to make data control requests. All customer data is stored by NightKey Systems (Built on bank-grade security. Data stored off-site, not at the venue, or in local hardware) in full compliance with Australian law. Nightkey Systems have been designed to be fully compliant with the Australian Privacy Act + Australian Privacy Principles.
